Ebay is great

Just a quick note. Ebay is great! To date we have sold almost 10 items through them and unlike other sites I’ve advertised on they keep things well protected and safe. One gripe with the Philippine site though is the fact that once you post your price people are always asking for discounts. So in actual fact it isn’t really ebay but bargain hunters galore. Anyway, I can’t complain and I am delighted with my sales. This coming from a non-salesman. So lets get into the groove and clear out the garage. A few more items to sell… so keep your fingers crossed. Cheers.

The Starbuck’s conspiracy

Wow, something was in the air. The squish of cold water into the jug, scooping the grains into the filter, shutting the lid and pressing the switch. This is the stuff of champions. This is how we start our morning. The noise of brewing coffee, that addictive smell, the drops that hit the glass pod that starts the momentum for the rest of the drug. And finally, that crackle that hits the air and tells you its all finished. Sounds poetic actually…. but wait…. I didn’t brew this cup. I didn’t wake up at 5:10 to get this going. No! This was a store brew, a professional inside job. I’d had my two cups already. Why am I saying all this when it wasn’t even my handy work? Oh well, but it was a good intro if I have to say so myself.

It started differently. In short. Mom went to church (in the red ferrari), had problems starting it I might add. Charged into the store and came back with a latte and this huge cake or shall I say temptress. A banana something or other. I slam dunked it and well the rest is history. The cream on it was so tasty, and tangy (no, I didn’t want to say that. I just wanted to use the word) So here I sit with indigestion and ahhhh……. pain. Ok, I can’t blame anyone else but myself.

On the comments side. Great! I have one reader. That is an accomplishment all-in-one. I am delighted to have my sister write back. It shows. This blogging works.
